Because our products are made in limited quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

This policy applies to all products, including socks, hoodies, and laptop holders, except in the case of damaged or defective items as outlined below.


2. Damaged or Defective Items (Refund Eligibility)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at getsocoze@gmail.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or defect.

We will:

- Review your claim promptly

- Provide a replacement product if available, or

- Issue a store credit or refund at our discretion

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of damage/defect.
